Tuberculosis (TB) has been with us since ancient times and is found in every country in the world. It is estimated that one-third of the world’s population is infected with the TB bacterium. It is a leading cause of infectious disease worldwide, killing roughly 1.5 million people each year.
TB is an airborne disease that can be spread by coughing or sneezing. It is more highly infectious and exponentially more deadly than any disease on the planet. Yet we have never come close to shutting anything down for it, much less placing entire populations of uninfected people in quarantine, and destroying entire economies.
So why all the panic over this thing called CV-19?
